Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 2875 platform available at 2875.app, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a registered user and the operator of the 2875 platform. They cover all aspects of platform use, including account registration, access to games, financial transactions, customer support communications, and use of the mobile application. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register for or use any services on this platform.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 2875 platform. Creating more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 2875 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time in order to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Failure to fulfil verification requests may result in account restrictions or closure.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access, contact customer support immediately at [email protected].
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the 2875 platform, you agree to:
- Use the platform solely for entertainment and lawful betting purposes at your own discretion.
- Not to use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other methods to exploit or manipulate the platform's systems.
- Not to spread false, misleading, or deceptive information about the 2875 platform to any third party.
- Not to take any action that disrupts the normal operation of the platform or negatively affects other users' experience.
- Not to engage in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities through this platform.
- Comply with all applicable Malaysian laws governing the use of online gambling and betting platforms.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure, balance freezing, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 2875 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods, including online banking (FPX), local e-wallets (TNG eWallet), and direct bank transfer.
All deposits are final once confirmed by the system. 2875 is not responsible for any delays or failures caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers. Should a transaction issue arise, users are required to report it within 48 hours of when the transaction occurred.
Withdrawals are subject to account verification requirements and any rollover conditions tied to bonuses or promotions you have used. 2875 reserves the right to request supporting documents before processing high-value withdrawals. All applicable service charges, minimum limits, and processing times will be stated in the user's account at the time of the transaction.
Liability Limit, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limit: The 2875 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no express or implied warranties regarding continuity of service, accuracy of betting odds, or availability of any game at any given time. To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law, 2875 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
Intellectual Property: All content on the 2875 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of the platform operator. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links: Where links to third-party websites or services are provided, 2875 is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Use of any third-party service is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure: 2875 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time, with or without notice, if a breach of terms, fraud, system abuse, or suspicious activity is detected. Any valid balance in a closed account will be processed in accordance with internal procedures once the investigation has been completed.
Changes to Terms: 2875 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unsuccessful, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
